Located in Théoule sur Mer, this recently renovated 60 m² apartment welcomes up to 6 guests with a sofa bed in the living room and 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with 2 bunk beds. You'll have a bathroom, a new fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and 2 TVs. The south-facing terrace, accessible from the living room, is perfect for shaded lunches. The double bedroom opens onto a quieter terrace at the back. The beach is right in front of the property. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The train station is a 14-minute walk away, and a bus stop is just outside. The location is ideal for exploring the region, the Estérel, Cannes, and the surrounding area. You can access the underground garage for unloading luggage and groceries, but there is no parking space available for your vehicle. Street parking is free part of the year and paid from April to June. Bed linen and towels are provided.
